I’m becoming confident that I’m bipolar with general anxiety disorder. I do not drink alcohol or caffeine, I will try to eat more unfried fish as I’ve read that helps.
Are their any other tips from anyone who is knowledgeable about bipolar for managing symptoms that don’t involve medication.

However, there are several forms and types of the condition, which has an implication for treatment. Psychiatrists and clinical psychologists usually diagnose. Especially in more severe forms, medication is often a valuable support. However, aside from medication, diet, and an overall healthy lifestyle, there is of course psychotherapy as a treatment option. Several psychotherapeutic approaches have been developed and can be quite successful in the individual case.
