… Our study showed that HRV is an objective indicator for depressive or anxious symptoms. Additionally, it is considered a potential indicator for predicting the severity or state of depressive symptoms rather than of anxious symptoms. This study will contribute to increasing the diagnostic utility of discriminating those symptoms based on HRV in the future.
